Where are you starting from?
What we do
We map how work flows from idea to production, talk to engineers, product and QA, and measure where AI is helping or quietly hurting.
Adds to your kit
- Flow map
- Baseline metrics
- AI usage audit
Our approach
We don’t arrive with a platform to install. We work through six stages with you, and each one leaves behind tools, habits and governance your team owns and keeps using after we’ve gone.
Where you start depends on where you are today. Some teams join at stage one; others are ready for stage three.
Where are you starting from?
We map how work flows from idea to production, talk to engineers, product and QA, and measure where AI is helping or quietly hurting.
Could an agent understand how you work?
We write down what lives in people’s heads, in a form that people and agents can both use.
What has to change in the machinery?
We reshape environments, permissions, pipelines and review for work at agent speed, and make cost and risk visible.
Will people actually work this way?
We work alongside your teams on real delivery: pairing, coaching, reshaping ceremonies and setting expectations at each level.
Is it working, and what next?
We set check-ins and a rhythm for reading the signals, retiring what doesn’t pay for itself and doubling down on what does.
What becomes possible now?
We design dark micro-factories for your repeatable work and compose them into your SDLC, with people at the seams.
Rules, guardrails and checkpoints, shaped around your risk appetite, your regulators and the controls you already have, so teams can go faster without anyone losing sleep.
Make change clear.
Written agreements that people and agents both read. If it isn’t written down, an agent can’t follow it, and neither can your next hire.
Keep it heading the right way.
Limits the system enforces: where agents run, what they can touch, what they can spend, and what must pass before anything merges.
Decide what moves on.
The points where a person signs off before work moves on: the spec, the tests, the release. Regular check-ins, with retros that can change the rules, keep the whole system honest.
Every team has to answer these for itself. We’ve worked through all of them in a live product team, and we’ll help you reach your answers faster.
Where should agents run, how are they kept apart, and what happens when twenty run at once?
What does an agent need to know about your system, and how do you keep that true as the code changes?
How do engineers, QA and product owners each direct agents differently, while sharing one source of truth?
How do you review far more code without your senior engineers becoming the bottleneck?
How do CI, test strategy and merge flow keep pace when the number of pull requests doubles?
What does AI-assisted delivery really cost per engineer, per session and per change, and who should see it?
Which repeatable work becomes a reusable skill or a dark micro-factory, and which should stay with people?
How do levelling, ceremonies and hiring change when directing agents is part of the job?
How do you adopt all this safely in a regulated business, with an audit trail to show for it?
Thirty minutes to talk through where your team is today, what’s slowing it down, and whether we’re the right people to help. If we’re not, we’ll say so.
